学习工作经历:

1998~2002,中国海洋大学海洋生命学院,学士,海洋生物技术与计算机科学双专业

2002~2007,中国海洋大学海洋生命学院,博士,遗传学专业

2007~2009,美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校整合生物系,博士后

2009~2010,美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校神经生物系,博士后

2011至今,中国海洋大学海洋生命学院,先后聘任“英才”、“筑峰”教授

2020至今,中国海洋大学方萨海洋分子生物学中心,PI

主要科研领域:

  主要从事海洋贝类基因组学研究。本团队近年来致力于研发适用于非模式生物基因组学研究的新技术和新方法,通过解析软体动物基因组特征和发育进化调控机制等,从系统生物学角度理解贝类起源、重要性状发育调控和演化机制。已在国内外主流刊物发表论文上百余篇,成果发表在Nature MethodsNature Ecology & EvolutionNature CommunicationsNature ProtocolsGenome Research等国际权威期刊上。主持承担了国家863重大、国家重点研发计划等项目课题;入选国家万人计划领军人才、教育部长江学者、国家基金委优青、山东省泰山学者特聘专家,并获教育部青年科学奖、中国动物学会青年科技奖等。成果入选20162017年度中国海洋与湖沼十大科技进展及2017年度中国海洋科技十大进展,获国家技术发明二等奖1项,省部级一等奖2项。
