主要研究方向及成果
聚焦海洋生命过程的关键蛋白,以生物化学和生物物理学技术为核心,从分子水平阐明关键蛋白(酶)组装及催化机制,为蓝色生命解码奠定理论基础;在此基础上,结合基因工程、酶工程、发酵程等生物工程技术,开展关键蛋白(酶)的产业化应用研究,突破海洋生物蛋白资源在创新药物领域开发的技术瓶颈,助力海洋生物蛋白资源的高值化利用。目前团队主要聚焦:1、海洋寡糖酶的催化机制研究;2、海洋粘附蛋白的组装机制研究。
研究团队已承担、参与了国家及省部级课题10余项,中央军委科技委项目2项,产学研项目2项。近5年已在Nat Commun, Bioact Mater, ACS Appl Mater Interfaces,Commun Biol, Acta Crystallogr D Struct Biol, J Agric Food Chem.等国际知名学术期刊上发表了20多篇SCI文章,申请发明专利18项(PCT专利1项,授权13项,转让专利3项),协助企业完成新产品2项,主持参与编写专著3部。
