主要研究方向及成果

主要从事动物遗传发育生物学研究,以进化节点动物海鞘和模式动物果蝇为实验材料,通过遗传学、细胞发育生物学和生物物理学等多学科交叉途径,研究囊泡极性运输、细胞骨架动态、胞外基质物理特性及其对细胞行为的影响等。在器官发育和稳态维持机制等方面取得重要进展,发现了脊索管腔形成的细胞学过程,揭示了调控细胞及器官形态发育变化的重要信号通路,建立了决定生物管腔几何形状的数学物理模型。研究成果发表在PNAS, PLoS Biology, eLife, Nature CommunicationsCell ReportsDevelopmentFASEB J等领域主流刊物。2014年至今,获得青岛市创新创业领军人才、山东省泰山学者特聘教授、山东省有突出贡献中青年专家等荣誉称号。现任中国海洋湖沼学会理事,《Marine Life Science & Technology》,《BMC   Genomics》和《中国海洋大学学报》(自然科学版)等期刊编委。主持科技部重点研发计划政府间重点专项、国家基金和山东省重大研发等多个项目。
