High-Performance Computing System provides advanced computing and data analysis service for the cutting-edge scientific and engineering research in Fang Zongxi Center (FMED). FMED now hosts Twelve clusters of 576 CPU cores and 1.2 PB parallel storage with 100 Gbps high-speed network. Two fat CPU clusters equipped of 3T and 6T memory. One GPU cluster is used in artificial intelligence field. Frequently used software and production environment has been setup on all clusters, including but not limited to Canu,Nextdenovo, STAR,qiime2, OPERA-MS, relion, cisTEM, rosettafold, alphafold, gcc/g++, Intel compiler, java, python, perl, openmpi et al.
The computational resources in FMED are open to all SFC faculty, students, and staff.
